Due to Covid, it took 2 years for this new temple of the night with Asian influences to be able to open. Its first steps were taken at the end of the year 2021 while it was acquired in November 2019. The Mada (like "encore" in Japanese), becomes the only Japanese dance bar in the city. A first in Bordeaux.

Managed by Julien and Célia Kunika (also owners of "Life"), it aims to merge the world of nightlife with Asian cuisine. From 7pm to 2am, the spot transforms between a classic restaurant and a nightclub. You can experience a new way to dine around 3 different dance floors. The total area of Mada is around 400 m2.
At the same time, the menu reflects centuries of family cooking, offering traditional and innovative dishes like "Crying Tiger" (Marinated and flambeed beef before you) or "Yakitoris" (Charcoal-grilled chicken & truffle teriyaki) not to mention the Panko shrimp, gyozas, or crispy tofu with peanut sauce. Of course, sushi, rolls, and makis are also part of the menu!

Next, head to the cocktail bar where 12 references, classic or eccentric, are concocted. Always with an Asian touch, using sake or matcha. Indulge in the "Morisake" (Rum Havana especial, sake, sugar syrup, fresh mint & lime), the "Tekira" (Tequila Altos, agave syrup, lime & matcha basil foam) or the classic Long Island. By combining the spirit of celebration with Japanese art of living, Mada offers a nice variety of surprises. DJ sets will be organized there every week.
