Rizana Bordeaux : The traditional Moroccan pot
Its success? It owes it to its sun-soaked and authentic oriental cuisine offered on-site, for delivery, and to-go. With a choice of carefully selected products and recipes crafted with respect for Moroccan traditions, Rizana stands out from its competitors for its quality and homemade dishes. For example, its merguez sausages are the most expensive in the market. But as the new director says "quality comes at a price".

Don't worry, it won't have any impact on the customers. The dishes are super affordable with a couscous starting at just 14€. Among the must-tries on the menu, customers come specifically for the Royal Couscous with 3 meats or skewers, the Tajine with dried fruits or Kefta, the Chicken Pastilla, and the various grills served with fries.

Some starters like the Houmous, "Zaalouk" (smooth eggplant caviar), or the Harira soup are also highly sought after. To end on a sweet note, we finish the experience with a delicious mint tea (hot or cold version) accompanied by traditional oriental pastries (cornes de gazelles, makroudh, or baklawa).

Couscous, tagines, and Sunday brunch
In an effort to democratize oriental gastronomy, Rizana also offers a wine list from that region. Including red and rosé wine labels that surprise as much as they seduce. The great essentials of Bordeaux's table fall in love with the Orient. The delicious journey and the art of the table serve their primary purpose: "to make you travel". A discovery awaits!
