True reference in the hotel and gastronomic landscape, the little haven of peace located in Talence is renewing its menu with the launch of a restaurant specializing in grilled cuisine and cocktails. More summer surprises are expected!

New unique experiences all summer long 

In 2016, the Domaine de Raba began its adventure in the vintage era. Quickly appreciated for its idyllic setting at the city gates, it is full of ideas to bring its vast 1.3-hectare natural setting to life.

With a total of 3 restaurants, a bar, a rooftop, private lounges, a "boudoir" care cabin, a cinema, and a boutique space, the Domaine de Raba offers a variety of life experiences. By the end of the year, it will open its 36-room 5-star hotel.

A restaurant dedicated to grilled food and cocktails

Despite its wild success, there's no resting on their laurels at Domaine de Raba. The restaurant Marguerite is being transformed into Contre-Sens, an extension of Contre-Jour, the sublime cocktail bar with a terrace nestled in the heart of the lush gardens.

Get ready for the opening of its little brother, the restaurant version, on Wednesday, June 21. On the menu? An innovative and refined cuisine, with small gourmet dishes cooked on the grill and meant to be shared. Designed as a food and cocktail pairing, a carefully curated shot (crafted in collaboration with the kitchen and the bar) will punctuate each moment to enhance the tasting experience.

Goal? Break the codes of haute cuisine and make it more festive. The entire first floor of the Domaine, which combines the former Contre-Sens and Contre-Jour, will become a single epicurean entity in speakeasy mode. To access it, follow the directions leading to the cocktail bar Le Contre-Jour and its Library...

The grand summer comeback of the Tiki Bar

A new chapter also begins for the Tiki, the must-visit ephemeral restaurant of the Domaine de Raba, with a theme of islands. If it feels mountainous in winter with the famous Refuge, it transforms into an exotic cocoon in the summer season with its island cuisine served against a beach ambiance. A true institution, it will make its grand return for the music festival. The other restaurant, Les Petits Caprices, continues its journey with a culinary adventure through different continents.
