This oyster tasting hut facing the port usually welcomes its customers in peace on a pretty terrace. On the menu? Oysters, whelks, winkles, shrimp, pâté with Espelette pepper, and white or rosé wine to accompany, served by a young and friendly team. Right now, the Paliquey Hut is offering oysters (in a basket or opened) for takeout, and shipping throughout France. So what are you waiting for to pick up your phone and place your order?

Cayouckette

During the summer season, this place will be your favorite if you're looking to enjoy fresh seafood in a friendly, simple, and authentic setting. Behind three small cabins at Larros port, you'll find a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. The owner, who takes great care of his customers and is passionate about his oyster farming work, invites you to come and enjoy his oysters, shrimp, whelks, winkles, and pâté at his place in the evening to watch the sunset. A wine enthusiast, he also offers bottles that pair perfectly with his oysters. You can still stop by the hut or call the owner to order oysters to go.

Chez Boulan

Located in the heart of the oyster farming district of Cap-Ferret, this typical oyster shack offers a beautiful setting for a tasting. You can enjoy seafood and pâté all year round in a lovely garden overlooking the basin, or on the pier with a view of the Dune of Pilat. If you can't currently enjoy the terrace, the shack is open every weekend from 10am to 6pm for take-out oyster platters. If you don't have time to visit, don't worry! Place your order on their website, Chez Boulan delivers from the north of the basin to Bordeaux on Tuesdays and Fridays. And to satisfy all oyster lovers, two types of oysters are available.Three are available: one fine and iodized oyster, and another, softer and more succulent, refined in their Medoc claires.

Oyster Bar

This oyster bar within the Arcachon market usually welcomes customers all year round. The Oyster Bar, .Located under the market halls, is supplied by the oyster company Laban, whose operating shack is located in Gujan-Mestras. Butterfly Oyster

On the edge of the Larros port, two brothers share their passion for oysters by offering tastings in a small, simple, and authentic wooden cabin with a marine decor. Accompanied by shrimp, whelks, pâté, and of course a small glass of wine, their oysters have won over the hearts of their customers, who also appreciate the friendliness of the owners. Usually open all year round, the Butterfly Oyster currently offers a shipping or takeaway sales system.
