Hello! Just 2 days left before Mitsuba, a authentic Japanese udon restaurant, opens its doors in Bordeaux at 11 rue Piliers de tutelle right in front of La Bodega. This establishment will offer traditional, generous, and delicious Japanese cuisine centered around udon noodles made from soft wheat flour. All noodles are prepared directly in front of the customer, in the pure Japanese tradition. A true show right before your eyes.

Udon, Tempuras, and other Japanese dishes

Have you tried udon noodles? These thick Asian noodles are often prepared in soup, stir-fried with soy sauce, or even cooked with meat and vegetables. Udon noodles come in many different recipes. Mitsuba restaurant will explore many of them to offer a unique culinary experience in Bordeaux.

With a rich traditional expertise, Mitsuba will give its customers a real culinary experience with recipes straight from Japan. In addition to noodles, you will find tempuras and other typical Japanese dishes (like Katsu curry, Gyudon with beef simmered in onions, or Tendon with prawns). The restaurant has 30 indoor seating places. We are also informed that Happy Hour will take place during the week from 5pm to 7pm with special prices on appetizers (and the pint priced as a half-pint).

That's what we call being lucky as hell... 🍀🌟Check out this Instagram post by Mitsuba! A post shared by Mitsuba (@mitsuba_udon) Mitsuba 11 Piliers de tutelle Street, Bordeaux From November 19 to 30: 7 days a week from 5pm to 11pm Starting December 1: 7 days a week from 11:30am to 11pm
