Mina Restaurant: An Intimate and Precise Table
After spending 10 years in the restaurant industry and honing his skills, Marc-Antoine Chabaut opens his charming 40-seat gem in the heart of Bordeaux. Taking over the former Angel's Smokehouse, Mina restaurant serves up a top-notch menu of rare precision yet with a laid-back vibe. Under the guidance of chef Jules Castelnau, the dishes pay homage to the grand classics of French cuisine, sprinkled with Mediterranean influences...A wide range of inspirations that open up endless possibilities.
For the wild appetites
The menu evolves with the seasons and the inspirations of the team. Each plate requires a defined work (from the choice of the carefully selected piece to its cooking). Among the must-haves on the menu? The "Lamb confit cooked at low temperature for 5 hours and smoked, flat beans glazed in juice, almonds and spiced M'Hamsan semolina", the "Axuria veal chop flamed and its discovery accompaniments" or the "grilled green asparagus" served as an appetizer. True to the Mediterranean way of life, Mina also focuses on shared cuisine. Count 500 grams for the smallest meats, 700 grams on average. No question of missing out...

With a decidedly high-end positioning, the average ticket price reaches around €50 per person. The bistronomic offer is upscale. A delight for foodies, Mina offers a lovely selection of wines, mainly in biodynamic. There are 60 references to discover. In the future, Marc-Antoine plans to have 100 bottles, regularly renewed.
Soon the Fête du Hâ in Bordeaux
To discover it, come on Saturday, May 27th during the 2nd edition of the Fête du Hâ. For the occasion, the street is pedestrianized and the restaurants create bites to enjoy on-site (tables and chairs provided by the municipality) or to take away for €5 each. It's a great opportunity to discover the menus and atmospheres of the street's establishments. Like a big neighborhood party focused on gastronomy, it takes place from 11 AM to 5 PM.
