In September 2020, Mamad unveiled his first establishment. At 71 rue Judaïque, Miah Café is not just a coffee shop, tea salon, brunch spot, and world canteen but also proudly celebrates sweet and savory dishes. For breakfast, brunch, or a cozy snack in a warm atmosphere (away from the city's hustle and bustle), it's the perfect place. With a heart full of love for world cuisine, the restaurant showcases a delightful blend of cosmopolitan flavors.

A 100% Sweet and Savory World Diner
At Miah Café, you'll find flavors from every corner of the globe! The dishes, inspired by the founders' travels, invite you on a culinary adventure. And let’s not forget the reimagined traditional French dishes that delight our taste buds.
Among the favorite dishes of the regulars, Mamad mentions the Benedict eggs, turkey bacon, and hollandaise sauce, orange chicken, and pulled turkey on blinis with za'atar yogurt sauce. But don’t worry, they’re not resting on their laurels! The lunch menu changes every week to keep things exciting!
The first lactose-free and gluten-free brunch in Bordeaux
But the real signature of Miah Café is its brunch in several versions: carnivore, vegan, and gluten-free and lactose-free (making it the first of its kind in Bordeaux). The whole story of the establishment revolves around the owner’s desire to evolve dining by incorporating all the new dietary trends into their menu. So there’s something for everyone’s taste and all cultures!

The brunch is the shining star here! Served every day of the week from 10 am to 2:30 pm, and on weekends by reservation, it caters to everyone's tastes. From the soft muffin with carrot cream and spinach sprouts, soft-boiled egg, and black radish pickles, avocado sauce (for the veggies) to the sautéed quinoa caramelized with mushrooms, pea hummus, and seasonal vegetable fries for gluten-free diets... Everyone will find something to love. The brunch dishes change every season.
A tea room with global influences
For the early birds, this place offers delicious sweet and savory breakfasts from 9 am to 11 am. After 2 pm, Miah Café transforms into a charming tea room, featuring popular treats like banana bread, carrot cake, and chai latte, just like in Asia, along with bissap, a floral hibiscus drink infused with vanilla, mint, and orange blossom. In a cozy 65 m² space beautifully decorated (with chic bohemian inspirations from Indonesia), Miah Café can accommodate up to 130 diners indoors and on its terrace adorned with lovely macramé umbrellas.
Small in size but big in spirit! The Miah Café brunch is a true gem that you absolutely must discover. Regularly packed with locals, Miah Café has introduced its little sibling, Neva, on Rue des Remparts. Be sure to check it out when the elder sibling is full!
