Drain, rinse, and set aside. - Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into 6 pieces. Wash and dry the thyme. Grate the cheeses. Peel and grate the garlic. - In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour, garlic, and bay leaf. Cook for 1 minute, then add the milk. Cook until the mixture coats the back of a spoon (about 8-10 minutes on medium heat). Remove the bay leaf, add the grated nutmeg. Pour over the pasta. - Add the cheeses, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, and some pepper. Enjoy!And mix again.
