It's a first. Just a few steps from Place de la Victoire, the first Filipino restaurant in Bordeaux will open its doors on February 16th.

An address like no other. If Bordeaux's gastronomic landscape is rich and indulgent, some cultures are still not represented. This was the case for Filipino culture. One thing changed as of Wednesday, February 16 for the opening of KUBO Canteen. A blend of French brasserie and Filipino street food, this new address invites you on a journey. The menu features the country's classic dishes, with a French touch of savoir-faire and elegance. All products come from our regions (meats, fruits, and vegetables) and suppliers are carefully selected to ensure the best quality.

A menu with a thousand flavors and just as many colors

A story of friendship, and good food. KUBO Canteen, is Filipino street food reinvented and adapted to delight the palates of the people of Bordeaux. On the menu? You will find traditional Kamayan (which means eating with your hands) served on a banana leaf such as "Fried chicken" - "Lechon kawali" - "Chicken inasal" or "Crispy calamar". And burger lovers will not be left out with the "Classic" - "Pulled pork" - "Crispy chicken" or "Beyond burger". Not to forget the sizzlings served on a hot plate: "Hot spicy calamar" - "Veggie sisig" or "Sisig baboy". The dishes can be served with fries, rice or salad.

As for dessert, the establishment focuses on a lovely fruit salad - a Turon chocolate-banana /n.choco-coco or apple. With its menu full of local specialties, its caring team, and its colorful dishes, no stomach will be left hungry.
