Mama's House, a Bubble Waffles, pastries, and ice cream catering service, has parked its food truck on the Quai des Queyries just a few meters from Darwin. To make sure you fill up on treats, all you have to do is find Myriam every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 7pm.

The story of Myriam

Myriam Dutey, former creator of gourmet jewelry in La Brède, embarked on the adventure of opening a food truck in Gironde. This passionate artisan pastry chef, who has already worked with the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier where she made trophies for three years, took the risk of changing her life. Cruising through La Brède, Martillac, and Saint Selve during the week, Myriam now parks her delightful food truck on the Quais des Queyries in Bordeaux for continuous service every weekend from 12pm to 7pm.

The Bubble Waffles

It all starts with the sweet Bubble Waffles. With a base of "Italian ice cream" with vanilla or "hazelnut mousse, raspberry, lemon, salted butter caramel or hazelnut spread", all you have to do is add the cream. And to enhance the pleasure, simply top it off with a selection of goodies Smarties, coconut, sprinkles.or even slivered almonds to have the best moment of their life.

And because the waffle also comes savory, Myriam has created 4 summer recipes that will make you want to try: Oslo, Southwest, Corsica, and Veggie. You will understand " salmon, fresh cheese ", " foie gras, dried duck breast ", " eggplant caviar, bresaola, mozzarella balls " and " 

Houmous, crudites » are highlighted in his compositions. Different products for all tastes that are worth trying and for the unique price of 8€.

On the pastry side

Rum babas? Cupcakes? Financiers? Myriam makes 100% homemade pastries to finish your lunch on the docks beautifully. You can rely on her twist on the famous financier in the form of an éclair. Working with multiple flavors: fruit of the pa.passion fruit, praline, grapefruit and gianduja, chestnut cream, strawberry basil and many more. You will not be disappointed by their originality. If the financier is reimagined, the cupcake in all its traditional charm will delight even the biggest fans of this famous American treat. On the menu: lemon meringue, carambar, nougat and many more are waiting for you. But Myriam doesn't stop there, she also offers brioche, pancakes, and Ice Rolls. A playful food truck where we will eagerly line up to satisfy our most unreasonable cravings!
