1. Chicken
The famous chicken! Just the taste of reheated chicken in the microwave should be enough to make you not want to eat it. But if you still persist, know that the chicken meat releases harmful bacteria when reheated, which can cause a serious food poisoning (the famous one).

2. The potato
Above all, do not reheat your fries, my friend! First of all, it's an offense to the fry itself, which is meant to be eaten crispy. And on top of that, when heated, the molecules in the potato, called glycoalkaloids, multiply. These harmful molecules can lead to gastrointestinal issues and even intestinal bleeding. So, with your fries, it's simple: either finish them or throw them away.
3. Mushrooms
Because of their protein composition, eating mushrooms doesn't suffer any delays! When reheated, they can cause stomach bloating, digestive issues, or even heart complications.

4. Shrimp
Like all seafood, shrimp must be consumed fresh. No reheating, and no late storage, not even in the fridge, or else it will upset your little stomach!
5. The blue
Like all moldy cheeses, blue cheese becomes sticky if you put it in the microwave, and its smell stronger and more nauseating. If you want to make yourself a nice little gorgonzola sauce, opt for the saucepan instead!
6. Spinach
Spinach is excellent for your health when consumed fresh, but when reheated, the nitrates they contain can turn into nitrites, which are known to be carcinogenic if ingested in large quantities.
7. Grapes
Well, we're not sure for what obscure reason you would ever want to microwave grapes, but just know that if the thought ever crosses your mind, it's a bad idea! When heated, grapes can burst and release a gas that can be toxic. So, it's best to avoid that.
8. Rice
Rice must be consumed immediately after cooking. Why? Because if not, when exposed to the open air, the starch it contains attracts bacteria, which do not disappear with reheating.

9. Celery
Like spinach, celery contains a lot of nitrates, which turn into nitrites under the action of ultraviolet rays. Enjoy it raw, or only heat it up once!
10. Dried peppers
Sometimes, spicy food lovers may want to reheat dried peppers to dehydrate them. However, the capsaicin present in peppers is actually a very volatile chemical substance. Be careful when opening your microwave door, you might burn your eyes and throat!

Enjoy your meal!🌶️
