Deliveroo opens its first shared kitchen in the region
Some refer to it as a "dark kitchen", but the teams prefer the term "shared kitchen", which is much more in line with the project. Deliveroo Editions is the new vertical of the delivery pioneer, operating in shared kitchens. Already established and successful in Paris with 4 sites, the concept has now arrived in Bordeaux, in the lively district of Chartrons, in the beautiful Tatry gallery.

On the menu? A huge site of 1000 m2 entirely designed, operated and optimized by the Deliveroo teams. This large space houses 10 kitchens exclusively dedicated to delivery. These are occupied by well-known brands in the Bordeaux landscape that are constantly renewing themselves.
For example, Junk and its smash burgers (who later decided to open on Rue Judaïque due to their success), the Parisian burgers from Le Camion qui Fume, Homy Kitchen, the Vietnamese street food from Tiktak launched last week, and the essential Kokomo who also joined the adventure. The goal? To offer Bordelais a varied and quality selection to delight their tastes.All palates. From burgers, to Thai, Vietnamese food and tacos, healthy dishes or pizzas... All continents are represented.

Big names in Bordeaux's restaurant scene have chosen to join this ultra-friendly light kitchen, far from the traditional dark kitchens. Unlike its predecessors, this one is not meant to hide, the site is as beautiful inside as it is on the outside.
