POP-UP TERRACE AT CHATEAU LAFAURIE-PEYRAGUAY
Exciting news! The Hotel & Restaurant LALIQUE at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguay has launched a summer terrace in the castle courtyard, called "La Terrasse de Lafaurie". The Château Lafaurie-Peyraguay, Premier Grand Cru Classé Sauternes in 1855, has opened this relaxing living space named "La Terrasse de Lafaurie". It is open for lunch and dinner, offering a global cuisine around the vineyard grill with a unique menu prepared by chef Alejandro Moyo, a loyal collaborator of Michelin-starred chef Jérôme Schilling for the past 6 years.
Terrace guests can enjoy a lunch or dinner in less than an hour by choosing either the full menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €45*, or starter/main course for €35*, or main course/dessert for €27*. The cuisine is simple yet delicious. Several dish suggestions will also be offered each week. The Lobster with semi-salted butter for 2 people for €120, the Entrecôte de Bazas with Béarnaise sauce for €95.
5 euros and also the selection of cheeses from Maître Antony and Sauternes wine confit for 16 euros.
La Terrasse de Lafaurie
"La Terrasse de Lafaurie" will remain a place of sharing and conviviality starting from July 1st, where themed evenings will be organized. In June, customers can watch a selection of matches from the French team during the EURO 2021 football tournament on a big screen.
PICNIC AT CHÂTEAU DE CERONS
On the banks of the Garonne, take the time for a lunch break in the bucolic setting of Château de Cérons (AOC Graves)... After a visit to the 18th century charterhouse, in the company of Xavier and Caroline Perromat, relax in the shade of the magnolia. Beautiful tables are set, it's time to enjoy the delicious "French-style" picnics in 3 colors. The scent of carefully selected local products chosen by Caroline fills the air.

Head to Château Haut-Bergey (AOC Pessac-Léognan) for a picnic lunch. Between vineyards and the castle, on the grass or around a table, enjoy this gourmet moment with owner Sylviane Garcin or her son Paul Garcin! While tasting the estate's red and white wines, delve into the history of this winemaking family and their commitment to biodynamic farming since the 2016 vintage. TERRASSE RESTAURANT LA CHAPELLE DANS LE SAUTERNAIS
Au cœur des paysages vallonnés du Sauternais, le Château Guiraud propose une cuisine de terroir inspirée. C’est au cœur de l’appellation Sauternes à 35 min de Bordeaux et 7 km de Langon, que se situe La Chapelle. Premier restaurant au soein d’un 1er Grand Cru Classé en 1855. Le cadre est unique entre vignes, arbres et herbes folles. On profite d’un déjeuner en terrasse, pour profiter des douces soirées d’été lorsque le temps est suspendu.
