The restaurant, Le Bordeaux at the Intercontinental, has transitioned to winter time. On December 1st, it dressed up in a cozy and warm decor and celebrated the opening of the slopes by launching Station 1850. A first in Bordeaux.

Since yesterday, the restaurant Le Bordeaux has put on its winter coat. It is in this enchanting atmosphere that La Station 1850 du Grand Hôtel takes place in a forest of fir trees. The mini-resort created will be open every day from 12pm to 9:30pm. Heated cable cars and glass bubbles

For this unique experience, the restaurant invites its guests to sit in one of its cable cars or snuggle up in comfortable blankets within a huge heated glass bubble to discover mountain culinary pleasures. Around a menu created by Chef François Durand and his team, the concept promises a one-of-a-kind comforting flavor experience.

On the menu: the famous truffled Mont d'Or cheese served with cold cuts and new potatoes, the classic tartiflette, or the mountaineer's plate with a selection of matured cheeses and dried meats.
