Siendas: The reference for Sardinian pizza in Bordeaux
It all started in 2019 in a small village in Sardinia when Marco and Thomas teamed up to start their first business and introduce Sardinian cuisine through a franchise. They opened their first wine bar in Silanus, followed by a 360 m2 bistro-boutique-catering in Brussels, leveraging their initial success. Soon after, the two restaurateurs migrated to Bordeaux to open their pizzeria under the same brand and bring the Sardinian spirit to the bustling city.

The 2018 World Champion in the kitchen!
Freshly arrived on the Bordeaux scene, Siendas pizzeria stands out. Behind the stoves, we find as executive chef, Roberto Meloni: 2018 pizza world champion who fell in love with it at the age of 14. Today, the 51-year-old chef has become the Maestro of Sardinian pizza.
His creed? Preserve the quality of ingredients imported straight from small local producers. On the menu? 16 pizzas representing all the regions of the island (each named after a city) at prices ranging from €11 to €18.

Pizzas and typical street food
Siendas also offers a nice street food menu with typical specialties. Don't miss out on the "culurgiones" (fried ravioli stuffed with potato, mint, and pecorino), the "mini-calzones" sandwich versions, the famous "panadas" (small turnovers filled with vegetables or meat), and the unbeatable "tiramisardo" (Sardinian style tiramisu).

The two partners are full of ideas to proudly represent their beloved land. First by carefully selecting the 92 producers who work directly with them and then by launching a B2B ordering system for professionals. In 2024, the tourist platform will allow to create a fund that will only be spent in Sardinia. The goal? Encourage users to discover the island and create a true ecosystem. Just arrived on Boulevard Antoine Gauthier, Siendas pizzeria is open from Tuesday to Sunday for delivery and take-out.
