The first lobster brioche sandwiches (to go) are coming to Bordeaux

We already have a crush on them... Two childhood friends are launching the first lobster roll restaurant in Bordeaux. This brioche sandwich, topped with mayonnaise and filled with lobster (or other seafood), is crossing the Atlantic and arriving in Bordeaux. Right on Gambetta Square!

Do you know about the lobster roll? This iconic sandwich from American street food is coming soon to Bordeaux. Homards & Frères, ( "You don't come to the parties anymore" - do you get the reference?) will open its doors at the end of January. The canteen will offer the famous brioche sandwiches with 4 recipes that will remain unchanged but with 4 different types of seafood. The must-try? The lobster one, of course, with homemade mayonnaise and a choice of toppings.

A more high-quality version of the burger

In terms of price, they will range from €12.90 for the first one to €17. Homards & Frères will offer its sandwiches on-site (around ten seats and maybe even a terrace with a view of Gambetta square) or for takeaway. To accompany these seafood wonders, a small wine list (that pairs well with maritime products), draft beers, and local juices will be available.

Good to know: Homards & Frères will be serving continuously from 11am to 10pm. Who said they were just claws?
