The Tajinier is a franchise that was created 15 years ago in Pau, and then it started to expand and opened in Bordeaux in 2017. Their all-you-can-eat buffet consists of several sections, where you can find salads, Moroccan appetizers, couscous, vegetable tagines, Moroccan and French specialties and pastries. For the couscous, all the ingredients are located in individual containers so you can make your own couscous with the ingredients you desire. They also offer vegan dishes so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal.

No Pressure offers lunch and a brunch every Sunday with an all-you-can-eat buffet. Children between 7-12 years old receive a 50% discount on the buffet price. All products are homemade or prepared by local producers. They launched brunch in 2021 and collaborate with Maison Lamour for their baguettes and brioches, with Chouette for their delicious pastries, and with Pépite for their famous cookies. They source their jams from Echange Nord-Sud, which makes solidarity jams with unsold products. There is no time limit, customers can brunch as long as they want, so they can eat without any pressure.

Sakana is a Sushi bar that also offers an all-you-can-eat buffet for €18.90 on weekdays and €26 on weekends. Their sushi is made with quality ingredients and is always fresh as it is prepared on site, in front of the customers. The buffet is small, but the food is replenished more frequently than at larger buffets, ensuring that the products are always fresh. Sakana focuses on quality rather than quantity. There are 70 seats in the restaurant but only 30 seats around the sushi bar, so it is advisable to make a reservation, especially on weekends. Sakana also has a robot that clears the table and brings drinks, it can speak which greatly entertains children.
