Crunchy Origins of a Successful Concept
Founded in 2020 in Cannes by Joseph & Josie, the concept first charmed the French Riviera before settling in Paris. With a strong enthusiasm behind it, the brand shifted into high gear in 2023, launching its first franchise in Touquet, quickly followed by Guérande and then Bordeaux.
Nestled between Decathlon and Maison du Monde, this Bordeaux shop offers over twenty homemade recipes, regularly reinvented to delight sweet-toothed folks. Three sizes are available : classic (€3.90–4.50), mini (€2.50), and giant (€22)—an XXL cookie equivalent to five classics. The idea? To reimagine the cookie in every way possible: in milkshakes, classic with melting chocolate chips, stuffed, or even as ice-cookies.

The Bordeaux shop doesn't just sell cookies: it also offers delicious specialty coffee roasted in-house, ice creams, milkshakes, matcha lattes, chai, and even hot chocolates when the season calls for it.
