A Bordeaux Local, World Champion of Sushi!
From January 10 to February 23, 2025, Vincent Broggi, the French chef who won the World Sushi Cup last August in Tokyo, will be setting up shop at the Pop-up Club located at 8, cours du 30 juillet in Bordeaux. This is a unique collaboration with Uber Eats.
Until the end of February, the people of Bordeaux will have the honor of discovering the creations of the chef, known for his expertise in Japanese culinary art and crowned world sushi champion. What's on the menu for this unique culinary experience? Four limited edition dishes that blend the freshness of the sea with the finesse of French expertise.

"The first three dishes are Kaisen Don, which is a Japanese dish made of a bowl of vinegared rice (shari) topped with fresh raw fish and seafood. It's a very popular dish in coastal areas and markets."
