Siendas: the sign born from an unconditional love for Sardinia
Siendas' story begins in 2019 in a small village in Sardinia when Marco and Thomas meet. Their adventure starts with a wine bar they run in Silanus, followed by a bistro-boutique-caterer they open in Brussels. Collaborations lead them quickly to Bordeaux, where they open a pizzeria under the same name, bringing the Sardinian soul to the pearl of Aquitaine.
The 2018 world champion leaves his mark!
Recently established in Bordeaux, the Siendas pizzeria is already making a name for itself. And rightfully so! The restaurant's pizzaiolos, Gianluca and Gabriele, have received training from Roberto Meloni: the 2018 world pizza champion. The Chef, who splits his time between Bordeaux and Cagliari, ensures the establishment maintains quality with ingredients sourced directly from local small producers.

A flavorful journey between pizzas and Sardinian street food
The menu offers a selection of 16 pizzas. Price range? Expect to pay between 11€ and 18€ to enjoy a creation by the chef. Siendas also has a selection of Sardinian street food. Must-tries? The "culurgiones" (fried ravioli filled with potato, mint, and pecorino), the sandwich-style "mini-calzone", or the "patatines" (fresh spiral-cut potatoes served with a sauce). Special mention for the unmissable "tiramisardo" (Sardinian version of tiramisu)!

The two partners take good care of their establishment to proudly represent their homeland: they carefully select the 92 producers working directly with them and highlight selections of local products.
