Organized by Green Market and the Vegetarian Association of France (AVF), this event aims to support the people of Bordeaux who want to add more plants to their diet, whether it's for a month... or for life.

A big 100% plant-based market in the heart of Bordeaux

From 11 AM to 5 PM, about twenty producers, artisans, and creators will take over the Pey-Berland square for a 100% vegan market, featuring everything from edible snacks to plant-based pastries. A completely plant-based dining area will allow visitors to enjoy lunch on-site in a friendly and musical atmosphere.

The event invites several associations, including AVF, Futur Asso, and l’Autre Ferme, to share resources, advice, and information about the ethical, environmental, and health-related issues surrounding responsible eating.

Workshops, meetups, and immersive experiences

Throughout the day, everyone can deepen their knowledge through a series of workshops: discover animal sentience with the Plate Fresco, sushi/maki workshop led by Graine de Sushi, spring roll making with Ferme Terre d’Amour, and a focus on the nutritional balance of a plant-based plate.

The workshops will be held at the Tsuki café, Place Pey-Berland, with reservations required. A big raffle will spice up the day, offering many delicious prizes from local producers and restaurateurs.

A global challenge to spice up your daily life with plants

Born in the UK, Veganuary invites millions of people each year to embrace a culinary adventure.
