This new kingdom of Eastern cuisine offers authentic dishes at a reasonable price. “I’ve kept the same prices as in Mérignac, even though the rent is twice as high in downtown Bordeaux,” shares Théo, the founder (who also owns the Rizana, voted Bordeaux’s favorite couscous).
