The Editor

Located on Cours Victor-Hugo, La Cour de Nana has been blending culinary delight, knowledge-sharing and commitment since day one. Behind its colorful doors, this family-friendly spot recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Syrian courtyard and offers a brunch at €25 served daily, alongside its breakfast and lunch formulas available on weekdays.

A Syrian brunch at €25 served every day

Here, brunch takes on the flavors of Damascus. For €25 per person, the package includes unlimited traditional tea, a fresh drink of your choice, 4 bowls of mezze per person, unlimited fresh pita bread, the daily special and an assortment of traditional desserts.

Tamarind, licorice, or mint lemonade accompany this culinary journey. A children's menu is also available for €12.50, including a main course and a drink.

Home-cooked Syrian cuisine by refugee women

But La Cour de Nana goes far beyond being just a restaurant. All the dishes are prepared by Syrian women with refugee status, in an initiative designed to support their integration and independence.

The restaurant also aims to showcase a different image of Syria through its gastronomy and culture. A commitment that extends beyond the plate with the regular organization of events, meetings, and discussions.

The name itself tells this story. In certain Syrian regions, "Nana" affectionately refers to grandmothers. The founder wanted to pay tribute to hers, a figure of courage and resilience. The interior courtyard, with its jasmine and fountain, echoes the traditional Syrian homes.

From breakfast to Syrian delights

La Cour de Nana reveals itself beyond brunch too. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, there's a savory breakfast menu, while lunch comes in various options from €11.50 onwards. The most curious among you can taste Syrian coffee served in a traditional rakweh, sahlab flavored with orange blossom, or homemade pastries.

Generous and exotic cuisine that seems to have found its audience: the restaurant now boasts 4.9 stars out of 5 after nearly 850 Google reviews.
