A Warm Jewel Box of Great Taste
You step through the door of Madame B and are immediately embraced by a gentle wave of nostalgia. Interior designer Fabien Roque has transformed the space into one where wood is everywhere, and noble materials blend beautifully with warm colors.
Terracotta velvet armchairs, a ceiling adorned with suspended birds, shelves filled with tastefully chosen decorative items... The atmosphere is perfect for friendliness and sharing. On the terrace side, you can enjoy direct access from the street, without having to walk through the hotel. It's the perfect way to indulge in a delightful treat with complete simplicity.

A Heartfelt Kitchen by Grégory Vingadassalon
Behind the stove, Chef Grégory Vingadassalon subtly showcases his talent and flair. Having trained in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse in Paris, François Adamski at Le Gabriel, and Nicolas Magie at Le Saint-James in Bouliac, this Guadeloupe native has honed his skills in some of the finest establishments.
The result? A cuisine that takes inspiration from simple ingredients and traditional recipes, artfully reimagined. The menu, purposefully concise (with three starters, four main courses, and three desserts), is regularly updated to reflect the seasons. You can create your own menu, choosing from 2 to 5 dishes, sweet, savory, or a delightful mix of both. This rare freedom adds to the charming appeal of the place.

A Bib Gourmand, sweet prices for high quality
It’s official, Madame B has just secured its second consecutive Michelin Bib Gourmand. This accolade rewards restaurants that manage to combine quality cuisine, generosity, and reasonable prices. And when it comes to pricing, it remains quite reasonable for such a high level of service, just €27 for two dishes at lunch during the week, up to €59 for a five-course menu.
The chef favors carefully selected local producers (L’Épicen, Brignolet, Esprit du Sel, Vallée des Deux Sources…) and creates plates where each bite tells a story of the land. The highlight of the experience is that the chef often organizes amazing gastronomic events by inviting different chefs. The next event will take place on April 29, featuring a special three-hands dinner with three chef friends: Grégory Vingadassalon, Chef of restaurant Madame B, along with Simon Baudoin and Nicolas Magie.
