Le Cent33 Joins the Ranks of the Greats in Bordeaux
Opened in 2019 in the Chartrons neighborhood, the Cent33 restaurant has quickly established itself as a must-visit spot. Initially recognized with a Bib Gourmand for its excellent quality-price ratio, the restaurant made a shift in 2023 towards a more gastronomic cuisine.
A rewarding choice. Today, Michelin inspectors celebrate it as «an original and worldly cuisine», highlighted by intense flavors, masterful cooking techniques, and precise seasonings. At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Fabien Beaufour creates a personal, creative, and bold cuisine, far from any race for accolades, but now rewarded with the most prestigious of them all.
