The first pay-what-you-can meals are coming to Bordeaux
A true social innovation in Bordeaux, the Dinners of Camille at pay-what-you-can prices are revolutionizing the world of dining for all. Located near the train station and the Capucins market, Camille's Kitchen is an innovative and solidarity culinary space.
With a working and semi-professional kitchen space that can accommodate 20 to 40 people, this unique place promotes exchanges and conviviality. The spot can also be privatized for custom events.
Fun and participative culinary gatherings on Thursday evenings
Every Thursday, at 5:30 PM for the participative cooking session and from 7:30 PM for the meal, Bordelais are invited to experience a sustainable, participatory, and pay-what-you-can meal. Everyone contributes according to their means. This initiative is led by the eponymous 1901 law association that works to promote neighborhood solidarity and raise public awareness about eating "well, local, and seasonal" with mainly vegetarian dishes.
