The leader in culinary reservations, TheFork, is renowned for its rankings based on user preferences. A big innovation for 2024? A list updated every month based on average ratings, verified reviews, and reservation volumes from the previous six months. The latest one, published on Thursday, February 1st, showcases the quality of our Bordeaux restaurants, or nearby.

4 restaurants in the Southwest among the 100 best in France

Indeed, the Southwest region is well represented, with the Arcada restaurant in Bordeaux shining for its gastronomic cuisine served in a friendly bistro atmosphere, ranking at 9th place among the best restaurants in France. The setting adorned with beautiful stones focuses on a return to the basics and original flavors with products straight from the market stalls.
