Brand new and beautiful! A restaurant has popped up on the first floor at Les Mauvais Garçons. With its cheeky address - known for its ground floor where you can enjoy a homemade cocktail, savor simple tapas, and dance to a variety of tunes - it’s sure to surprise!

A surprising new spot that breaks the mold
This new speakeasy, with its cozy decor and soft ambiance, focuses on a refined market cuisine featuring a unique three-course menu priced at just 27€. This is a very accessible price for such carefully crafted dishes, including must-tries like a creamy salmon carpaccio, lacquered pork confit, a fillet of julienne with small vegetables, and comforting gnocchi in a butternut puree. The menu, which changes based on the chef's inspirations, always offers a carnivorous, piscatorial, and vegetarian option.

Pompon on the salmon? A bartender dedicated to cocktails to whip up magical and personalized potions. Several months of work were necessary to create this surprising and unpredictable place.
Intimate table, cocktail bar, or dance bar
What sets the Mauvais Garçons apart since its opening in 2017 is its lively ground floor with a sharing-style kitchen, often transformed for private events, birthdays, and special occasions. The lively bar, vibrating with French variety music that gets all generations singing along, features a DJ set every evening.

Recently transformed into a hybrid space, the idea is to invite Bordeaux residents to enjoy an aperitif on a peaceful, tree-lined terrace, indulge in a little pinball or foosball with free access, head upstairs for a quality dinner, and then return to the first level to end the night on a high note!
For Better and for Worse
Restaurant, tapas bar, cocktail kingdom, or dance table... Les Mauvais Garçons checks all the boxes and receives rave reviews. The online feedback is fantastic for this little festive gem in the city center, praised for its warm and cheeky vibe, laid-back staff who go above and beyond, and its spacious, airy, green terrace.

Just for the fun of it, the restaurant is housed in the oldest convent in Bordeaux. The good sœurs have transformed into the Mauvais Garçons and have definitely sold their souls to the devil... It's now the hangout for all the naughty folks of Bordeaux on the hunt for fun, delicious food, and a zest for life.
