A new generation food court à la française
Launched by the Tawila group, Big Canteen is presented as the first urban food court made in France. What makes it special? A unique central kitchen, which allows all diners to be served at the same time, unlike traditional food courts.
The goal? To offer a friendly experience where everyone can create their meal according to their cravings while enjoying a cozy moment together. A kids' area designed for families will allow children to play safely.
5 Street Food Spots Gathered in Mérignac
The new food court will bring together five brands, each with its own unique vibe:
- ADS (All Day Snack): a varied street food experience with wraps, smash burgers, naans, and chicken tikka
- Original Riz Crousty: crispy chicken and flavored rice with Asian inspirations
- BIG M: gourmet burgers and original recipes
- Fatburger: a legendary American brand founded in 1952
- Buffalo’s Caf&... éacute; : American specialties like buffalo wings, ribs, and grilled dishes
This project is part of the development of the Tawila group, an incubator specialized in the restaurant industry, aiming for over 100 points of sale by 2026 and nearly 200 establishments by 2027, with both national and international expansion.
