But the highlight of the show, completely unique to Bordeaux, is the delightful chalet nestled right in the midst of natural fir trees on the hotel rooftop, offering a one-of-a-kind experience for mountain lovers and cheese enthusiasts alike.

Exclusive rental and 5-star raclette
This enchanting and charming chalet can be exclusively rented to host up to 8 guests for a gourmet raclette. On the menu: a 5-star raclette made with exceptional cheeses (plain, grilled, or truffle) from Maison Beillevaire, artisanal charcuterie, and delicious accompaniments, all served in a warm, authentic, and so-chic atmosphere.

Add to that a selection of refined wines from the Wine Bar, chosen to enhance the generous flavors of the raclette, and the feast will be perfectly harmonious. In a very elegant and ultra-cozy setting - complete with a fireplace and a table laid with crystal tableware - the meal is as immersive as it is experiential. Expect to pay 39€ per person to enjoy all-you-can-eat raclette (with wine starting at 7€ a glass), the most sophisticated in Bordeaux.
