Officially launched in September 2024, with a few select dates already proving to be a huge hit, Morimoto has decided to make the experience permanent with one date every first Sunday of the month. What's on the menu? An exceptional all-you-can-eat buffet crafted by Chef Morimoto, featuring his signature dishes in brunch form and his delicate fusion cuisine that never fails to amaze even the most discerning palates.

Among the best-sellers, don’t miss out on the "grilled meat or fish skewers from the robata grill," the "sushi rolls," the "tacos" (available in salmon, duck, or veggie), the "popcorn shrimp tempura," the "mini baos," and the "sashimi salad." Enjoy these delightful dishes to your heart's content in the extraordinary setting of the Mondrian hotel designed by the renowned Philippe Starck.

At the heart of its mission to welcome families, Morimoto promises an experience that goes beyond just dining: a live cooking show lets guests witness the magic of the sushi chef in action, and a children's area has been set up, complete with a babysitter on demand, so parents can enjoy their meal with peace of mind.
