Since March 10th, the Parliament Square has been home to Le Mascaron, a traditional brasserie with a cozy atmosphere, envisioned by Aurélie, Mickaël, and Jeremy. The name pays tribute to the famous Bordeaux mascarons that adorn the surrounding facades, an architectural nod to the city's soul.

The place enchants with its carefully crafted decor, a brilliant mix of modern Art Deco and chic vintage, designed by the David Dalidec agency. With two bars, two rooms, and a terrace that seats 36 and 80 places inside, it creates a setting that’s both cozy and lively.
Beautiful, Delicious, and Homemade
On the culinary side, the promise is clear: seasonal dishes made with simplicity and precision. Beef tartare, duck breast, ribeye, mayo egg, onion soup, as well as burgers and Caesar salad... the menu celebrates the classics of French gastronomy, reinterpreted with finesse. It changes every three months, keeping in tune with raw ingredients and local produce.
The lunchtime special at €19.90 (choose between fish or meat and enjoy two desserts) attracts a loyal clientele, while cocktails, fine wines, and shareable tapas extend the joy throughout the day. The restaurant is open continuously from 12 PM to 11 PM.
Neither gourmet nor touristy, Le Mascaron embraces a unique identity: a lively place where you come simply to enjoy great food.
