Just to liven up the middle of the week, Maison Bernard Magrez has come up with a new and original format: gourmet evenings in the heart of the vineyards. For this first edition of Thursday Wines, Château Pape Clément welcomes Gueuleton for a rotisserie dinner with generous meat servings.

A special menu has been created for the occasion with exceptional dishes such as the Croque Sicilien, grilled Txistorra, and the must-have duck breast accompanied by flame-roasted new potatoes. The dessert will also be prepared on the brasero with a French toast and homemade salted butter caramel. The meal will be enjoyed with the exceptional wines from Maison Bernard Magrez and Château Pape Clément, Grand Cru Classé de Graves. As for the atmosphere, a lively DJ set by the duo Amir and Aï Smash is expected to get the guests dancing.

Les Jeudis Vins is the annual event that takes place every Thursday from June to September on the hidden terrace of Château Pape Clément. Each week, this friendly and festive afterwork offers a unique wine and gastronomic experience. The opening and closing nights promise an even more special atmosphere with DJ sets and a brazier to warm up the vibe.
