For National Day, the Morimoto restaurant at the 5-star Mondrian hotel created the event. On the menu? A lunch feast with Asian accents featuring the flagship dishes from the menu and robata grills (an ancient Japanese culinary technique using a charcoal grill to cook meat and fish).

Among all the delicious sweet and savory dishes? Customers can choose from tempura shrimp popcorn, crab Bao Bun, or pork gyoza to start off beautifully. Then, the choice is between a wide variety of sushi rolls, miso salmon, angry chicken, or marinated beef (with grenaille potatoes, sticky rice, cabbage salad and stir-fried vegetables as garnishes) for the main dish, authentically grilled.

This exceptional formula - almost indecent - is only available by reservation. It costs 90€ per person with a glass of champagne or a signature cocktail. Open to children, for 40€ with fruit juice or a soft drink - the lunch includes a nanny to watch over and entertain the younger ones from 3 to 11 years old. And during this time, the others can enjoy a lively table ambience by a Dj set by Jonycortes_Vkngo. A great opportunity for the people of Bordeaux to discover this extraordinary gourmet gem nestled in the latest exceptional hotel by Philippe Starck.
