La Clairière, a guinguette in the Entre deux Mers

A bohemian nest in the heart of the Yvrac vineyard, just a quarter of an hour from Bordeaux, La Clairière is making its grand comeback. Nestled on the Grand Jour wine estate, owned by former rugby international and UBB player Rémi Lamerat, this ephemeral guinguette stands out as a countryside retreat, surrounded by bales of hay, wooden pallets, and a central bar, all within a sweet, chic, and relaxed atmosphere.

The new countryside spot of Domaine Grand Jour

Inaugurated on May 1st, the season kicked off with a festive day: bands, Brazilian dancers, continuous barbecue, outdoor games, shareable platters, and family fun. Because here, we celebrate the Southwest in all its generous and joyful spirit, embodying a countryside vibe that refreshes the soul.

The Country Gathering on Friday Nights

Open only on Friday nights, La Clairière welcomes visitors every weekend from 6:30 PM to 2 AM (weather permitting), offering cocktails, wines from the estate, craft beers, and a grill with various meats (flank steak, marinated chicken, sausage, duck hearts), along with music and themed evenings. A white party is already planned for August 1st, while concerts and other activities are in the works.

A place designed for gathering and toasting in the vineyards

With a large capacity to welcome 400 people, families find their place here too, in a very family-friendly atmosphere that everyone enjoys. This year, the place has been redesigned: new spaces, converted containers, and expanded facilities. It's a true little haven for toasting to summer, nestled among the vines, with friends or family.
