This is the group's very first location outside of Paris! After delighting diners with its 8 successful establishments in the Île-de-France region, Gruppomimo is bringing its delicious traditional Italian cuisine right to the heart of Bordeaux. And it was on the beloved street for food lovers, yes, that's the famous Rue Saint-Rémi, where they welcomed their first limited-capacity guests on August 7th.
The authentic Italian cuisine from Paris to Bordeaux
Founded in 2021 by Edouard Hausseguy, Benoît Bossu, and Chef Pietro Rabboni, Gruppomimo is a family business that has quickly made a wonderful spot for itself in the hearts of food lovers. The secret to its success? Delicious authentic dishes made from the finest Italian ingredients : the burrata comes from Apulia, the pistachios from Sicily, the mozzarella and tomato sauce from Naples, the mortadella from Bologna, and the pecorino, basil, and truffle from Umbria (Tuscany).
Pizza, Pasta, and Love
The menu, which evolves with the seasons, offers new dishes every month so that customers can discover exciting new flavors. Among the must-have starters? We can't resist the bruschetta or arancini while leaving a little room to explore the stunning range of pizzas and pasta (the swordfish ones won the championship title at the Barilla competition) or the classic favorites like risotto and Milanese cutlet. The next highly anticipated novelty? Prawns pasta to make your taste buds dance with joy!
To finish on a sweet note, we savor the homemade pastries from the chef, like panna cotta, chocolate fondant, and tiramisu. Pure indulgence at its finest!

Designed by the Baldini Architecture group, the Gruppomimo Bordeaux restaurant instantly transports us to the land of the boot with its warm and retro decor, vibrant colors, and Italian dishes beautifully displayed on the walls. The cherry on top? A delightful and enchanting playlist that makes you want to sip on a Spritz or an irresistible Negroni.

Perfect for business lunches, family dinners, or evening outings, this 200m² address boasts a capacity of 130 seats and features a team of 24 staff members spread across the dining area and kitchen to ensure top-notch service. The service also has an Italian flair, with a part of the team (just like the dishes served) being pure Italian. Bellissimo !
