Cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional machines for €28 

Launched three years ago (the catering service has been around since 2001), these at-home raclettes are offered from December to the end of March depending on the weather. The idea came straight from the customers after they lamented the high cost of raclette restaurants and a noticeable lack of space when temperatures drop in the city.

So naturally, Elyse Traiteur is all about a ready-to-enjoy raclette experience. Priced at €28 per person, it includes the traditional French raclette machine (you'll need one machine for every 10 people) and all the authentic ingredients. What's on the menu? Delightful AOP cheese from Savoie, gourmet charcuterie from the Basque Country (coppa, ventrèche, lomo, sausage, and chorizo), roasted ratte potatoes with garlic and parsley, green salad, and walnut bread. For dessert, the caterer offers a blueberry tart as a tasty addition to refresh your palate!
