A Turkish specialty that stands out for its homemade bread, called pide bread, and an abundance of fresh and colorful vegetables: a unique and appetizing touch! The kebab made in Alsan Berliner consists of kebab meat, accompanied by a selection of various vegetables: red and white cabbage, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, olives, and jalapenos!

With 20 seats, Alsan Berliner Bordeaux offers you the opportunity to enjoy its specialties in a warm and authentic setting for a tasting experience. The restaurant menu goes beyond the classic kebabs and also offers customers the chance to try platters consisting of salad, bulgur, fries, and choice of meat, with prices ranging from €13.50 to €17.50 for plates including up to 5 different meats (all halal).
And don't worry, for vegetarians and vegans, options like falafel, goat cheese honey, and halloumi are available on the menu! The cherry on top? The restaurant only works with fresh, local, and seasonal products: bread is made daily by an artisan baker, meats come from a local butcher, and vegetables are delivered every morning!
