Château Ambe Tour Pourret, the iconic Grand Cru of Saint-Émilion, reinvents the art of hosting with a delightful experience: private raclette dinners, served in the cozy lounges of the estate. Starting from October 24th and lasting until early March, the estate opens its doors to lovers of togetherness for winter evenings filled with cheese and elegance.

Château Life, Raclette Style
This winter, instead of inviting friends over to your apartment, how about taking them to the dining room of a magnificent château? That’s the bold challenge taken on by Château Ambe Tour Pourret, which is transforming its private lounges into a pop-up Raclette restaurant. This idea sprouted from the wish to keep the estate lively during the chilly season, when Saint-Émilion starts to doze off.

The experience, designed for groups of 6 to 12 people, offers 4 hours of exclusive access to the castle, complete with a personalized welcome, a guided tour of the estate and the cellars (by candlelight when night falls), a complimentary glass of crémant… then it's time for the feast!
Local Cheeses and Exceptional Vintages
The experience is offered at a price of €60 per person, in partnership with a local delicatessen from Castillon-la-Bataille. What's on the menu? Three different cheeses, four varieties of cold cuts, potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
and green salad, accompanied by a glass of wine. For dessert, a caneroll – a reinvented canelé served with ice cream – sweetly ends the tasting..jpg)
The experience takes place on Friday evenings, Saturday lunchtimes and evenings, or Sunday lunchtimes, with reservations required. To enhance the atmosphere, the room is carefully set up, complete with board games themed around wine to keep the friendly vibe going.
« Visitors have the entire château to themselves; we want them to feel at home », shares Floriane, the estate manager.
