In this highly competitive atmosphere, two pizzaiolos from Bordeaux were crowned champion and vice-champion of France for Neapolitan pizza.

In the prestigious category of Neapolitan pizza, known for its technical demands, Vittorio Saviano clinched the gold, while his colleague Pasquale De Fabbio took the second place. This unprecedented achievement confirms the expertise of the establishment, already crowned in 2022.
