2 victories for an artisanal bakery in Gironde
On November 28, the best brioche competition in Gironde, organized by the Bakers' Federation, showcased two local talents from the GrandJean bakery-pâtisserie in Bourg-sur-Gironde.
The same team, two distinguished winners: Mathis Meynard, an apprentice baker, took home the 1st prize in the Apprentice category, before clinching the 3rd place in the regional final in Mont-de-Marsan. Meanwhile, Antoine Viguet secured the 1st place in the Worker/Company category.
A job well done and 100% homemade
The award-winning brioches, made with orange zest, fresh lemon, and AOP butter, are available in-store for 4 or 6 people (priced at €10.90 and €14.90). These creations showcase a 100% homemade expertise that the artisans have been highlighting since the shop opened in February 2011.
