La Toque Cuivrée - the favorite of pastry chefs in Bordeaux - has created a product that combines our two passions: beer and the iconic dessert of the South-West. Known as Canelat, this blonde beer with soft and subtle characteristics reveals the authentic taste of canelé for a unique tasting experience.

The teams worked for months to find the perfect balance between taste and aroma. The beer flavored with natural canelé aroma is light on the palate, not too bitter or too sweet. It is best enjoyed cold with a constant palate aroma that remains throughout the tasting. This refreshing summer beer at 6% vol is completely unique on the European market.

A 33cl Long Neck for €2.70 each
Canelat bottles will be distributed in the 23 brand stores (including 16 in Bordeaux Métropole). "If the people of Bordeaux want to taste it, they will have to rush to get it," smiles Lillianna, the community manager. In a long neck format (33 cl), the Cuvée Toque beer is offered at a price of €2.70 per bottle . For now, it is sold individually, not in packs.
With a very appreciable attention to detail, the Canelat bottle was carefully designed by the passionate graphic designer Benjamin. The label illustrates this dual identity with Bordeaux colors next to the actual ribs of the canelé. And to go even further in detail, the cap of the beer is also copper !
