After the success of the first edition, TheFork unveils its new annual Top 100 and highlights the tables that made 2024 shine, from neighborhood restaurants to Michelin-starred establishments, including some hidden gems. In 2024, 3 restaurants in Bordeaux are true favorites among the French and snag the top 20 spots in the ranking : Arcada, Madame B, and La Conserverie. Following closely are Les Négociants, Le clos d'Augusta, and Lalique.
Arcada : 11th out of 100
Combining the warm atmosphere of a bistro with high-end gastronomy, Arcada charms with its refined and elegant cuisine, showcasing local products.and seasonal, with a creative touch that makes all the difference. An exclusive place that reinvents the philosophy of cuisine with new recipes offered every week. Currently on the menu are the "Supreme of chicken, yellow carrot mousseline with ginger, glazed baby turnips, roasted shallots, garlic condiment, crispy puffed rice, lacquered jus", the "Roasted hake, creamy cauliflower with Timut pepper, caramelized apples, braised broccoli with za'atar, Granny Smith gel, pickles, white butter marinière", or the "Almond finger, whipped bergamot ganache, mandarin composition, herb gel" to finish on a sweet note.

Madame B : 12ème sur 100
Il y a peu de temps, le premier hôtel 5 étoiles de Bordeaux dévoilait un nouveau visage flambant neuf. Pour son restaurant en rez-de-chaussée ouvert au grand public, le Burdigala a fait appel au chef Grégory Vingadassalon, ancien de chez Alain Ducasse ou du Saint-James. Visible et directement accessible depuis la rue, il accueille 45 couverts. Au menu ? Nos plus belles Madeleines de Proust revisitées avec créativité dans des petites assiettes qui se partagent (ou non). Pour déjeuner ou dîner, les propositions salées ou sucrées sont mises en scène dans des menus de 2 à 5 petits plats et offrent la possibilité aux convives d’orchestrer un repas unique réconfortant à partir de 25€ pour 2 petits plats.
