An Italian brewery like no other

Acquired by the WallStreet group (already the owner of the eponymous pub on the docks and the Grand Café in Bordeaux) since 2019, the Simeone restaurant has been given a new look. With the arrival of a new chef and some rejuvenation works, the Italian brewery has reinvented itself. Behind the stoves, the brigade led by a chef from Milan concocts dishes full of sunshine with a sweet aroma of Dolce Vita.

What's on the menu? Well, you'll find crispy pizzas (Romana or Calzone), classic dishes (octopus risotto or Milanese escalope), refreshing salads, homemade pastas (especially the carbonara), and indulgent desserts (tiramisu, fruit panna cotta, or gourmet coffee) that are all highly recommended. Some dishes are perfect for sharing, like the creative antipasti or bruschettas, while others are just too delicious to give up a single bite!

Simeone: Italy in the heart of historic Bordeaux

All dishes are prepared with raw, pure imported products directly by the chef who knows the local Italian producers. Open all day, the Italian restaurant charms its guests with its refined, authentic cuisine. While other places in the area are categorized as "touristy", this one focuses on Italian gastronomy. With simplicity, but integrity! Customers unanimously agree that the quality-price ratio is excellent.

When it comes to drinks, Simeone has also created a high-quality menu with drinks directly from the boot-shaped country: Italian wines, moscato, prosecco, chianti... And a few French wine labels (Pessac, Bordeaux, Haut-Medoc, Saint-Emilion, Tariquet) to delight wine lovers.

Happy Hour every day and snack formula

Another major asset? An immense capacity with 170 seats on a green terrace and 200 seats inside in a sophisticated setting. Its picturesque outdoor setting makes Simeon the biggest Italian terrace in Bordeaux. And it remains lively throughout the day. Especially thanks to the snack formula for €6.5 which includes a syrup/sherbet with a choice of crêpe at any time and age! A Happy Hour takes place every day from 4pm to 8pm. For the occasion, all pints of beer are priced at €6. Don't miss out! Hi there, delighting both young and old, without any discrimination!brasserie italienne simeone bordeaux

No reservation required (except for groups of 30 people and more where the menu is bespoke), Simeone welcomes Bordelais 7 days a week for a delicious and warm break.
