After the success of their immersive balls themed on Harry Potter and Dia de los Muertos, the association La Balzadaise is back at it with a grand Bridgerton-style ball scheduled for Saturday, January 10th. Starting at 7:30 PM, participants are invited to experience a full-scale reenactment inspired by the balls of the English Regency. What's on the menu? Historical dances, a dinner cocktail, investigative games, and period elegance. All of this will take place in the restored old stables of the château, transformed into a ballroom just for the occasion.
The Bridgerton Family is Inviting You to a Glamorous Evening in Gironde!
This ball, introduced by the association as "the pearl of the year", embraces all the elements of grand aristocratic evenings: tea salon, social ambiance, a refined raffle, and even the election of the "diamond of the evening", winking at the social customs of the era. Guests will enjoy a setting of Louis XVI salons and blooming gardens, recreated to enhance immersion.
The organizers proudly present an event that stays true to the essence of La Balzadaise, which is known for blending heritage, dance, and historical culture in its programming.

Unmasking Lady Whistledown: the evening's intrigue
The highlight of this ball inspired by the hit series: a life-sized investigation. Guests will need to work together to uncover the identity of Lady Whistledown, the mysterious society columnist who pulls the strings of London’s high society. It's going to turn the evening into a true theatrical treasure hunt!

Mandatory period dress code
To participate, there's just one requirement: arrive in historical attire. Empire dresses, gloves, tuxedos, tailcoats, and officer boots are a must to keep the time-travel illusion alive. The organizers note that “historical coherence is desired.” Experience a unique immersive evening, filled with sophistication, intrigue... and the most delightful gossip. The ticket sales are now open.
