This Friday, June 20, 2025, this iconic 5-star hotel in Saint-Émilion is crafting a festive and delicious banquet inspired by the flavors of the Southwest. Starting at 7:30 PM, the elegance of the venue will blend with the warmth of a rustic meal, all while enjoying a view of the château's golden stones and its beautiful wooded park.

Basque terroir and chic guinguette atmosphere
What's on the menu? A warm ambiance, exceptional products, and uplifting music. On the terroir side, the star of the evening will be Pierre Oteiza, a passionate breeder-craftsman from the Aldudes Valley, who will share his treasures from the Basque Country. On the music side, get ready to tap your feet with El Pafin’Hot Band and the Basque voices of Rohkame Kantuz, who will have guests dancing in a lovely setting.

Dress code? A chic white top is required for a relaxed elegance. The ticket price is set at 60€ per person, and reservations are highly recommended. It's a promise of a unique moment suspended in time, in a setting usually reserved for an affluent clientele.
