In Bordeaux, Thursday nights have found a new spark! Since April 3, 2025, Bourbon, the city's first restaurant-club located at the Bassins à flot, has launched NOVA, a series of festive and delightful evenings that promise to liven up the midweek with a fresh format.

A hybrid gathering of food and dancefloor
Every Thursday from 9 PM, Bourbon transforms into a party zone with a temporary finger food menu and exclusive cocktails to explore with the changing seasons and collaborations. Each month, a partnership with a spirit brand highlights a new distillery, offering food and drink lovers bold discoveries and ultra-attractive prices – starting with a Gin Tonic for €8 and a complimentary glass of bubbly before 11 PM.

But NOVA is not just a stylish happy hour: from the very start of the evening, the decks come alive with a DJ set, performers, and dancers that turn the huge central bar into a fantastic artistic dancefloor. Food service continues until midnight, allowing you to enjoy the delightful blend of gastronomy and celebration without interruption.
