Let's highlight Ferme d'Illats, reopening on Saturday, May 13. And guess what? Introducing a concept with undeniable success. This is the fourth year that the Ferme d'Illats opens its doors. The kickoff to its summer season will take place on the weekend of May 13 and 14 with the same winning recipe: a spot in the middle of nature, which honors both the farm and its animals. The Ferme d'Illats invites all lovers of local produce to come enjoy the joys of the farm, with a few guests freely roaming around!

The founders of the place, Emilie and Michel Dudon, are lovers of well-being: their poultry, nature, farm, and good food. Above all, they advocate a return to the tried-and-true values of organic productions.

Farmhouse dishes for direct sale

For this new season, we will once again find the Farmhouse Chicken Coop, Farmhouse Guinguette with its delights to be enjoyed on the spot in a festive and bucolic atmosphere (1 portion of chicken + 1 side for €15 per person). For aperitifs, you can enjoy the generous farmhouse platter filled with charcuterie, rillettes, terrines, sausages, egg mayo, cheeses, pickles and more! For those who love tradition, you can keep the Sunday tradition alive with the classic roast chicken straight from the Farm.

This year, 2023, is bringing some exciting new additions to the Poulailler Guinguette in Bordeaux. Get ready for a boulodrome, a dance floor, games, and monthly brunches! And let's not forget about the educational farm activities, with workshops, visits, and snacks for the little ones who get to experience life on the farm.
