Kelly Slater present at the 2nd Quiksilver Festival
A lovely spotlight for the surf festival supported by Jérémy Florès. This year, the Quiksilver Festival is honored to host the American surfing legend Kelly Slater. With 11 world titles, 56 competition wins, and numerous records (like conquering the monstrous wave of Teahupo’o in Tahiti), the 52-year-old surfer is returning to the Landes after a memorable participation at the Quiksilver Pro France in 2019. He confirmed this in the podcast « The Stoked Bloke show » hosted by former world champion Barton Lynch.

Since then, the teams have been working hard on a slightly different format, mixing surf, music, skate, art, and beach lifestyle. It was a successful bet, attracting 25,000 excited spectators last year. The competition exhibition will unveil its 2nd edition featuring an exceptional headliner. It's a unique opportunity to see the wave giant, who took a step back since April in the round of 16 at the Margaret River Pro in Australia.
