A 3rd restaurant by July for Chef Etchebest
His temporary pop-up on July 30th created quite a buzz! The "Signature" ravioli bar introduced something new to the Bordeaux food scene with its one-of-a-kind single-product menu and a delightful mix of sweet and savory choices, all showcasing Chef Etchebest's signature dish that he has honed since 1996: ravioli. Thanks to the enthusiastic response from the people of Bordeaux, Chef Etchebest is transforming this temporary venture into a permanent restaurant set to open this summer, just a short distance from the Quatrième Mur. This third venture promises to combine street food with French gastronomy, and we can’t wait to see it!

The raviole in all its forms
What's on the menu? The raviole served in all its delicious variations (including the special one with foie gras, the chef's favorite) from appetizer to dessert. And guess what? The prices will be super friendly, with the menu costing less than 20 euros to keep it accessible for everyone! The restaurant is set to open in mid-July on the Allées de Tourny. The talented chef behind Quatrième Mur and Maison Nouvelle, faced with the challenge of cooking, shared this exciting news last Sunday May 19th on France Inter during the show "On va déguster".
